Data deletion
How to uninstall the app and request deletion of app-related data.
1) Uninstall the app
- In Shopify Admin → Apps → EcomAI Builder → Uninstall
Uninstalling removes the app’s access to your store.
2) Request deletion
Email us at contact@ecomaibuilder.com with:
- Your Shopify store domain (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com)
- Subject: “Data deletion request”
We will delete app-related logs and stored identifiers used for support/security, unless retention is required by law.
Product content you generated may remain in your Shopify store as normal Shopify products.
You can delete products directly in Shopify if needed.
